Cornelia George Utuk is an accomplished financial services and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience across commercial, investment, and merchant banking. Her career began in 1999 at Standard Trust Bank and UBA, followed by an impactful tenure at Marina Securities. She was instrumental in the evolution of Associated Discount House into Coronation Merchant Bank, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic insight.
Cornelia holds an LLB, BL, and MBA, and has undertaken leadership development programmes at Dale Carnegie, McGill University, and Harvard Business School. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration and maintains active membership in the Nigerian Bar Association, the Society of Corporate Governance, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and WIMBIZ.
