Olukemi is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across the financial services sector. Her career spans strategic HR business partnering, talent management, HR operations, learning and development, and outsourcing, where she has consistently delivered value through people-focused solutions.
Before joining FSDH Holding Company, she spent 14 years with the Stanbic IBTC Group, beginning as an HR Generalist at Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers and progressing to Senior Business Partner for the Corporate and Investment Banking segment at Stanbic IBTC Bank. In this capacity, she provided strategic advisory to business leaders, ensuring that people initiatives aligned with and supported corporate objectives.
She holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and maintains esteemed professional credentials. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM–USA), and a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (HRCI–USA).
