Olubusola Awosile is a digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience spanning Digital Banking, Retail, and FMCG. She specialises in creating end-to-end digital solutions that enhance customer experience, optimise operations, and drive commercial growth. Her approach is rooted in ecosystem thinking, enabling her to design digital strategies that create measurable value for both customers and institutions.
Before joining FSDH Holding Company, Olubusola served as an Assistant General Manager at Sterling Bank, where she held key roles including Head of Service Experience & Branch Operations, Head of Digital Sales, and Head of Diaspora Banking. She has also led digital product management teams overseeing retail asset and liability platforms.
Olubusola began her career in the United Kingdom, spending 11 years at Sainsbury’s Plc, one of the country’s largest retail organisations, where she held progressive roles in customer experience and analytics. She earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire. In addition to being a trained retail analyst, she has completed leadership programmes and professional training in budget and financial planning, digital marketing, sales, and product journey mapping.
